The front end of my 2003 Hyundai Elantra was in bad shape. Shaking at 60mph and higher, shaking when braking, and wearing out the front tires incorrectly so the wire inside the tires was showing. The Livonia Garage found that the car needed two outer tie rod ends, front right wheel bearing, two new front tires and a front end alignment. I did not have the money for all the work to be done that day. They explained that the car needed new front tires most importantly for safety reasons, and a front end alignment. The other two items could wait because the tie rod ends were just warn not broken and the bearing was in the early stages of wearing out. But let me tell ya, the two new tires and alignment did the trick. No more shaking! I still need the other work done, but I feel safe on the express way while driving to work in this icy weather. Thanks a lot Livonia Garage.

Very positive experience from beginning to end. Greg explained all the details of the main problem I was having with my car and other existing issues I was not aware of too. The video graphics and checklist provide were great and very informative, easy to understand. I definitely will be doing any future auto repair needs business with them and recommending as well.

Curt’s Service is in the nightmare reversal business. What happens here is indeed a service first. It just so happens that they also fix cars! I brought a VW Rabbit to them that no other mechanic in Southfield had the intelligence, equipment, skill and heart to repair correctly. I was met Michelle’s expertise, charisma, excellent communication skills and diligence the moment I set foot in this clean, professional environment. Absolutely no one is more personable than she. For three weeks, Michelle advocated for me and empathized with my ordeal. She brought her best to very costly repairs. They provided me with use of a vehicle. Susan gave me a ride home. She assured me of being in great hands and genuinely took an interest in my family life. She also made sure that I was apart of Curt’s Service’s rewards program so I could benefit from having spent so much damn money to get our Peppa (Rabbit) back to tip top running condition. She made me very happy that day. I felt like I was still winning despite the costs we were racking up. She evokes trust. Jason’s assistance in a new matter and very real concern about how Peppa was holding up on road let me know that Curt’s Service cares not just about the car but the Owner, too! When I could not reach Michelle because she was busy being fabulous with another paying customer, I would get Greg. Greg delivered all my messages to Michelle. He was professional (great speaking voice) and always let me know what was going on in the moment that caused me not to be able to talk to Michelle, my Service Representative. Aaron worked on Peppa. I had the pleasure of meeting The Specialist that fought Peppa’s mechanical instabilities and won. He corrected poor workmanship and finally got her aligned! Every time I start up my Rabbit or go over a bump, I say “Thank you” to Aaron’s abilities, his patience and his perseverance. There was also a gentleman who brought the loaner vehicle to the front and double checked to make sure the tank was full. We shook hands and I thought, “there’s yet another good person at Curt’s Service”. I don’t know who Curt is but I know that whatever his mission and character is, it starts with Michelle, Susan, Jason, Greg, Aaron, and “The Good Handshake Guy” who gave me the keys to the Loaner Vehicle. Everyone pays attention at Curt’s Service and I believe that care is at the core of everyone who “gives” (not works) at Curt’s Service.

2104 Subaru Outback AWD 4-Wheel alignment was supposed to cost $ 120. The rear wheels were within OEM specifications so they only charged me for 2-wheel alignment which was $ 86. That's very honest and fair which is not so common these days.

I like Curt's service very well. Your vehicles are treated with precision work! Quality care and great communication to the customer on their evaluations of repairs and recommendations! Your vehicle is looked over well for any other service needs. As an auto enthusiast and collector, my vehicles have always been cared for in the utmost careful manner. I would highly recommend using Hamburg Garage. I’ve used them for my car and they have reasonable prices. Not only that they are good people to work with! My brother was stuck yesterday not too far down the road and didn’t have a jack or anything to fix his car. So they can very quickly and helped with his flat tire and for no charge! They came out to his aid and put his donut and Joe was such a gentlemen the whole time! Will definitely be going back!

You are in great hands with Curt's.. They are like family to me..He is a man of his words,they have never steered me wrong..Been doing business with him since he was a young lad!!
