I appreciate how professional the service people are. They provide specific details of the work to be done and approximate cost, and then if they find something else while servicing the car, they call immediately.

I dropped my car off for tires, to fix my DVD player & oil change. I had it back the same time the next day!

Curt's always provides great and timely service. They are courteous and attentive. Car work always seems expensive, but I don't think they overcharge and I trust the service for the price. Very capable and professional.

I was worried where to take my Mini Countryman all 4 after I was let go from Motor city Mini Dealership . Curt's Auto Service Inc. was the answer. Oil change at Motor City Mini is $122. at Curt's $65 . Curt's facility is excellent . I urge any mini owners if there maintenance contract is up to save money by using Curt's Auto service and save a lot of $$$$

FOUND MY DEALERSHIP ALTERNATIVE!! Was on my way to the Audi dealer when I stopped at the Farmington Garage...and I'm glad I did! Nice to have an alternative to the dealership close to home where I don't feel overcharged and in the dark about what's going on. Everyone here went above and beyond to help solve my car troubles and explained everything in a way even I could understand.

My first time experience with Curt's and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. When I came to check them out I was given a complete tour of the facility and introduced to each person involved with the process. My expectations are always high given I am a licensed repair tech., the scope of this job was to involved for the time available to me. The technician (Brian) was very thorough and knowledgeable , taking time to answer all my questions, as were everyone I encountered. The price was very reasonable at 60% of what the dealer had quoted me, they used OEM parts, also at less than dealer cost. I will be bring more work to them as needed, as I mentioned I do most maint. repairs myself but when time or lack of specialty tools requires outsourcing, I will be returning to Curt's. It is trust and leaving without having unanswered concerns that will create a long service relationship for me. Thank you all for restoring my faith that there are still businesses that know how to make a lasting client base.
