The service was fast and super friendly, they took the time to explain everything to me and show me exactly what was going on with my car. They have fair prices and don't gouge you for all your worth which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be returning myself.

This garage ALWAYS does an excellent job. They are competent, concerned, and careful. Whenever I have needed their assistance, they have made sure to accommodate my time as well as my budget. I am impressed with their skill in not just doing a thorough job but in communicating what must be done and what should be done soon to me in a clear, understandable way. I highly recommend Hamburg Garage for taking care of all your automotive needs! I came here to try it out and I don’t plan on going anywhere else! The customer service is excellent and they truly value their customers. I was given a detailed report and fully communicated on what was essential to be fixed and what I could wait on. My car was repaired in a timely fashion and I was happy with the results. If your looking for a automotive repair shop you can trust I strongly encourage you to pay them a visit!

Today I was in a serious pinch when my oil light came on and I was so grateful that Matt was able to get me in right away and he even made sure to make time to have my tires rotated. While I used this shop in the past, I currently live in NY and I haven't been there in years. Not sure if the other Crites guy below is a co-incidence, but Hamburg Garage is a bunch of great guys. Looks like I have an imposter who bombs lil shops and diners all over the country. Local family that still use Hamburg Garage tipped me off.
