My experience with Livonia was great. The online appointment registration is a big help, they're responsive, and when they're working on your vehicle you get updated on everything they do through an email link. When they recommend services you get to choose which ones you approve through the link they send, and there's no pressure from them to add a bunch of services. They also didn't recommend anything to me that was unnecessary, or push me on any I turned down. Between the great tech integration, the friendly staff, and the quick service I can't recommend them enough.

They did a great job and we're very timely replacing my fuel pump. And charged me 200$ less than Hamburg. Where I took it first to get a fuel pump put in. They told me the pump was fine, but the wires and plugs and distributor cap was bad. And they charged me 1220$. 2 days later my truck broke down again so I took it too the Whitmore lake garage, they then immediately tested and replaced the bad pump and straps on the tank and told me that it was the original pump and the tank had never been dropped before and the pump clearly never looked at.

Great shop run by great people. They take the time to make sure the job is done right.

Fast and professional service performed for a fair price in a clean, safe environment. What more can a car owner ask for?
