They may temporarily fix a lot of problems but you’ll always have to head back over for a warranty part or another inspection. Their inspections are useless, they can’t actually find the problems usually when it has to do with hose lines or internals. So they charge you anyway and then start digging to find the “issue” later on. Be prepared to pay a lot in labor costs. I suppose they aren’t doing too bad for a business considering they have 5 high end vehicles always parked outside. I think I even saw the front desk kid with a newish vette. To end this I’d like to say I’m not going back for any more service considering my breaks and power steering has to be redone twice now right after they’ve just been serviced. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Steering / Suspension, Brake service & repair
Hello Sam – We have tried to reach out to you regarding your experience, but have not received a call back. When you come to The Brighton Garage, rest assured that you are receiving the upmost quality work including a warranty that will cover any fault of parts or labor on your vehicle. Inspections are the most crucial part to our job as service advisors and mechanics. They not only allow the mechanic to get a full scope of your vehicle to point the advisor in the needed direction, but they also give the Service Advisor critical information that is needed for us to be able to update you as a customer. They do, however, take time and have a cost associated with them. While going through your customer profile, we see you have only been back at our shop one time for a very minor brake issue in which we gladly took care of effectively and efficiently at no cost to you. If we are missing something, please feel free to reach out to the shop to clarify. We are happy to be at your service if there’s anything else you need. Thank you! – The Brighton Garage
