I have found my new local garage. From check in, Dan was upfront and honest about cost, timing, and what he thought the issue could have been. After almost 5K in repairs to Feldman, I brought my car into the Plymouth Garage to get their opinion on what was going on with my car - since Feldman kept asking for more repairs, and couldn't fix my original issue. The technician found the issue in less then the timeframe that Dan had estimated - so Dan corrected the originally quoted price to reflect the actual time. The technician took his time in showing me what his diagnosis process was and what the issue was - even showed me what needed to be done to fix the issue. The part was covered under warranty, so unfortunately I did need to bring my vehicle back to Feldman, but the Plymouth Garage gave me the confidence I needed to be clear and precise with the folks at Feldman. If it wasn't for the Plymouth Garage, I am confident that my car would still not be repaired, and Feldman technicians would still be guessing - Dan even offered to pick me up at Feldman if their shuttle service wasn't able to drop me off.
